Will you pay at the conference? (explanation of how this works to be added)
The Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza is the conference hotel. We have negotiated a special rate for IFFTI conference attendees. If you will need a letter stating that you are registered for the conference as part of your visa application process please email us at info@iffticonference2013.com. You must register and pay the entire registration fee to receive a letter of invitation. Please see the Attendee Information section for details.
If you are not certain that a visa is required for travel to the US you can check the US State Department site travel.state.gov/visa/in the Visas – Consular Affairs section.
To assist with your visa
application the conference committee will issue a letter of invitation confirming
your conference registration. If you
need this letter, please so indicate when you register. Be sure to supply your name, address, phone
number, passport number and date of birth.
We will return an official invitation letter to you via email. Visa letters will not be mailed.
Please check the US Department of
State visa requirements. The letter from the conference may
not be the only documentation required.
The IFFTI 2013 Conference cannot assist with obtaining a visa beyond
providing the invitation letter. Any
questions about the visa process or requirements should be addressed to the US
Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to March 4, 2012 and are subject to a US $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after March 4, 2013 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please email cancellations to info@IFFTIconference2013.com.
